Critical Path Analysis

CPM Critique
CCSG can review and audit your project schedule and the critical path of the project to determine if a schedule is sound, linked properly and structured adequately to present a predictable and credible outcome.
Project Baselines & Updates
The main problem with baseline schedules is that they are unrealistic. Baseline schedules are often too ambitious and planned too early in the design process. This creates inaccuracies in project updates. There must be a balance throughout.

Over the past three decades at Tishman Construction, now AECOM TISHMAN, Chris has ascended through the ranks starting as an assistant superintendent and progressing to key leadership roles including Project Manager, Mechanical Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Executive, culminating in an 18-year tenure as First Vice President and Director of Project Planning and Logistics. This diverse career path has equipped Chris with a unique blend of expertise in planning an array of complex projects, from mega high-rise developments and luxury residential buildings to large-scale commercial, hotel, airport, rail, historic preservation, academic institutions, IT transitions, utilities, and pharmaceutical projects. His extensive experience in various construction and technology sectors, combined with a proven track record in project planning and innovative management has not only honed his leadership and problem-solving skills but also positioned him as an industry leader in project planning, scheduling and project logistics.

Chris has now established his own consulting firm offering CPM project planning and scheduling management for the construction, utility, manufacturing and information tech industry. Services encompass project schedule review/critique, schedule oversite, scheduling program administration and baseline planning and progress updates.
The unique skillset that sets Chris apart from other schedulers is that he is not only a Primavera and MS Project SME, but also understands the construction sequencing process.
